I graduated in 1995 from the British College of Naturopathy & Osteopathy (now British College of Osteopathic Medicine) in London. Having worked in West Yorkshire, New Zealand and then Cambridge, I have returned to practice in the north of England.
I use Osteopathy, a non-invasive, hands-on therapy involving touch, massage, manipulation and stretching techniques, to diagnose and treat people with a variety of physical problems.
The demands of a modern lifestyle place stresses and strains on muscles and joints causing pain, stiffness and other symptoms, for which Osteopathy can be very effective. As well as helping to ease this pain and stiffness, I work with clients to try and find a way of reducing these causes, which in turn can help to reduce recurrence.
