Reiki, Reflexology and EFT

I trained as a General and Sick Children's Nurse and Health Visitor in Sheffield, and in Midwifery in London, and I believe that, together with my training in Complementary Therapies, I am able to offer high quality treatments at The Wellforce Clinic.

I offer the following treatmints:

Reflexology. Having trained in the original Ingham Method with the International Institute of Reflexology in Sheffield.
Traditional Usui Reiki. A hands on healing and relaxation technique.
Emotional Freedom Technique. (Based on the work of Gary Craig's Meridian Energy Technique) and trained with Gwyneth Moss, EFT Master in Ilkley. Gwyneth is one of only eleven EFT Masters in England and of twenty-nine in the world.
BabyReflex. This is based on over sixteen years of research by Jenny Lee, a Physiotherapist and Reflexologist, seeking the best practical application of Reflexology for young children. BabyReflex helps with many ailments and problems which affect babies and children fom birth to two years of age, and complements the natural bonding between parents and their children . I am currently the only BabyReflex Practitioner in South Yorkshire.

In September 2008, I shall be studying Vertical Reflexology Technique, which is particularly useful for chronic conditions and orthopaedic problems, and effective with a range of other conditions including oedema, asthma, arthritis, ME, digestive disorders and sports injuries. VRT's therapeutic response is often quicker and is said to accelerate the healing process. The treatment can be of a few minutes duration, or given at the beginning or end of a conventional Reflexology session.

I have full Malpractice and Professional Liability, Public Liability, and Products Liability Insurance. I also have a current Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Check. I am a member of the International Insritute of Reflexology, The Association of Reflexologists, The Reiki Association, AAMET, BabyReflex, MICHT, MPACT.
