I have a background in teaching and education working with children and their families. I have been a counsellor for over ten years, working with children, young people, individuals and couples.

Counselling offers you a safe place to talk about difficulties you are having in your personal life, to understand your feelings and explore ways of making changes.

I offer short or longer term counselling working on such issues as anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship and communication problems, sexual difficulties and family issues. I am a trained Relate counsellor and an accredited Cruse counsellor and supervisor.
