Her working hours are alternate Tuesday evenings 5.30 - 8.30 pm and Friday afternoons 1.30pm - 5.30pm.

Helena is qualified in Reflexology, Reiki, Massage, Indian Head Massage and Hot Stone Therapy. She can tailor sessions to meet your individual requirements.
