A lifelong interest in aromatherapy inspired me to learn about other holistic therapies. My work and life experience has shown me that a person-centred, holistic approach can achieve positive and long lasting results. Using all of my skills, I tailor my treatments so that they offer the best results for each individual.
Stress is a part of all our lives and at times we need to listen to the messages our bodies send out and take positive action before that stress takes over. In order to do our best for other people in our lives it is essential that we also take care of our own wellbeing. Often it is those who have a 'caring' role who are in most need of care themselves.
Prior to joining Wellforce I worked as a careers advisor and volunteer counsellor where I enjoyed helping others to fulfill their potential and achieve their goals. The environment at Wellforce is peaceful and welcoming for both clients and therapists, and I feel energised by the support of my colleagues there.
