I began my training in 1989 after a life-changing encounter with homeopathy when my one-year old daughter was very ill and not responding well to conventional treatment. I have worked continuously as a homeopath since qualifying in 1993 recognising the importance of the holistic approach to health which the homeopathic philosophy offers. My particular interest has always been in the preventative aspect of treatment how we achieve a better relationship with ourselves through our habits and lifestyles.
My coaching work has grown naturally out of my work as a homeopath, where listening and questioning are powerful tools. While Life Coaching is not therapy it can seriously improve your health!

The most recent addition to my training has been in the practice of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). This self-help technique involves fingertip tapping on acupressure points to balance the body's energy, enabling us to respond effectively to both emotional and physical pain or disturbance, quite literally putting a new resource for healing and stress reduction at our fingertips! I am offering this in one-to-one and small workshop sessions.
Working as part of a team at Wellforce is both supportive and stimulating and I think it helps guard against some of the pitfalls of isolation which can easily become a problem for one-to-one therapists.
